How Providers Work With HEA
Independent roadside assistance and recovery professionals can register their interest in working with HEA. Once onboarded, providers can receive assistance requests relevant to their vehicle type, equipment and operating area.

Required Documentation
Providers are typically asked to supply identification, a valid driving licence, evidence of relevant insurance, and details of the vehicle and equipment used to deliver roadside assistance. Exact requirements are confirmed during onboarding.
Service Standards
Providers are expected to communicate clearly with customers, attend assistance requests they have accepted, and carry out the requested service safely and professionally, in line with relevant road traffic and health & safety obligations.
